Quick answers

How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancel any time in iOS Settings:

Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Kurb AI → Cancel Subscription.

You keep access until the end of the current billing period.

How do I get a refund?

All payments are processed by Apple and refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Request a refund here:

reportaproblem.apple.com — sign in with your Apple ID, find the Kurb AI charge, and tap "Request a refund."

Apple decides each refund based on their policies. If you have already requested a refund from Apple and need our help, write to team@trykurb.app.

How do I restore a previous purchase?

Open Kurb AI → Settings → Subscription → "Restore purchases." Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID that purchased the subscription.

The delivery apps are not actually getting blocked.

The block uses Apple's Family Controls (Screen Time) framework. Open iOS Settings → Screen Time and confirm that Screen Time is on and that Kurb AI has the permission it requested during onboarding. Then open Kurb AI → Settings → Blocking → "Manage blocked apps" and re-pick the apps you want to block. Restart your phone if it still does not catch.

The shield says "Let me in" but tapping it does nothing.

Tapping the primary button on the shield fires a notification. Open Settings → Notifications → Kurb AI and make sure notifications are allowed (banners + sounds on). Without notifications enabled the shield cannot route you back into the App to complete the challenge.

Drive Mode says I'm not far enough from home but I am.

Drive Mode reads your location at the moment you start the challenge. Open Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → Kurb AI and make sure location is set to "While Using." If you recently moved, re-set your "home" point in Kurb AI → Challenge → Easy → Save.

The pushup counter is missing reps / counting too many.

Place your phone so the camera sees your full body from the side (not head-on). Make sure the room is well-lit. We continue to tune the pose detection — if it is consistently off for you, email us with your iPhone model and we will look into it.

The AI denied me but my reason was legitimate.

Kurb AI errs on the strict side by design. If you genuinely need to order (sick, hosting people, etc.), explain that in the justification text and re-submit after the 30-minute cooldown. If a verdict feels broken, email us at team@trykurb.app; we use feedback to keep tuning the prompts.

How do I change which apps are blocked?

Open Kurb AI → Settings → Blocking → "Manage blocked apps" and adjust your selection.

How do I switch my challenge tier?

Open the Challenge tab and tap any of the four tiles (Easy / Medium / Hard / Nightmare). Configure that tier and tap "Save" or "Switch to [Name]."

How do I delete my account and data?

Open Kurb AI → Settings → Account → "Delete account." This removes your profile, settings, and event history. If you cannot reach the in-app option, email team@trykurb.app from the address tied to your Apple / Google sign-in and we will process the deletion within 30 days.

I'm having trouble signing in with Apple or Google.

Make sure you are on iOS 16 or later, that you are signed in to the same Apple ID across your device and the App Store, and that you have a network connection. If "Sign in with Apple" appears stuck, force-quit Kurb AI and reopen. If it still does not work, email team@trykurb.app.

Is my data private?

Short version: we collect the minimum we need to run the app, we do not sell your data, we do not run ad SDKs, your pushup video never leaves your phone, and you can delete your account at any time. The long version is in our Privacy Policy.
